Jujitsu Police Arts

…is coming this summer to the Holy Trinity Recreational Center.

Jujitsu Police Arts were derived from the Zen Budokai Jujitsu system.  The curriculum emphasizes restraining holds, joint locks, come-alongs, and submissions.  This is NOT ground fighting and is taught in a non-competitive setting.

This is a great curriculum for self defense or those in law enforcement or security.  It also complements striking arts well and supplements many of the other grappling arts.  This class is for men and women ages 15 or older.
