RIGHT BLOW, block -- HIJI - CHOP
Description
This is a relatively easy but devastating move. After uke attempts a right blow, uke blocks with left forearm. After the block has landed, tori should simultaneously apply tensho (slide the left blocking hand up the arm to grab behind the elbow and pull uke forward) and a hiji (elbow strike) with his right elbow to the solar plexus. Tensho on uke's right arm adds force to the hiji and pulls uke off-balance to tori's left. This opens up the left side of uke's neck as a target. tori may then either continue drawing the right hand up to his left ear, and then chop to the right side of uke's neck, or may draw his right hand back to his right ear and strike to uke's left collarbone.

- Tori strikes with right hiji to solar plexus.
